The Roles We Place

Dedicated engagement professionals, matched to your program.

Family Engagement Coordinator

Helps strengthen relationships between schools and families through family nights, parent workshops, orientations, community partnerships, communication, and ongoing engagement programming.

Student Engagement Coordinator

Creates opportunities for students to participate, connect, lead, and feel a stronger sense of belonging through activities, events, student voice, leadership, and schoolwide programming.

Student & Family Engagement Coordinator

Provides comprehensive engagement support across the school community by coordinating programming, communication, events, partnerships, and engagement opportunities for both students and families.

More Than Event Planning

Engagement Needs Someone to Own It.

Strong school communities do not happen by accident. Schools may value family and student engagement while still lacking the time or dedicated staff needed to make it consistent.

The professionals we place help turn engagement goals into ongoing programming, meaningful events, stronger relationships, and opportunities for students and families to participate in school life.

For Schools

A Simple, Supportive Hiring Process

Finding the right person to lead student and family engagement should not add more work to your team. School Community Partners manages the early stages of the search so your school can focus on choosing the right fit.

1

Tell Us What Your School Needs

Complete our brief Client Fit Form so we can understand your school community, engagement goals, schedule, and the type of coordinator you need.

2

Launch Your Search

A $500 Search Fee officially begins your search. We work with you to develop the position details and job posting, and your school approves everything before recruitment begins.

3

We Recruit & Screen

We promote the opportunity, review applicants, and conduct first-round screening interviews focused on communication, organization, engagement skills, professionalism, and fit for a school environment.

4

Meet Your Strongest Candidates

Rather than sending you a pile of résumés, we present a curated shortlist of approximately 3–5 qualified candidates for your school to interview.

5

Choose Your Coordinator

Your school conducts final interviews and selects the candidate who best fits your community. When your candidate accepts the position, the remaining $1,500 Placement Fee becomes due.

No ongoing staffing markup. No percentage-of-salary fee.

Your Total Investment: $2,000

$500 to launch the search. $1,500 only after you successfully make a hire. Your school hires and employs the selected coordinator directly.
